In begr\u00fcndeten Ausnahmef\u00e4llen beh\u00e4lt sich die zert.one AG das Recht vor, weitere Abkl\u00e4rungen zu einer Anmeldung zu t\u00e4tigen. Sollten diese Abkl\u00e4rungen ergeben, dass die Anmeldung seitens zert.one AG nicht akzeptiert werden kann, wird der bereits bezahlte Betrag vollumf\u00e4nglich zur\u00fcckbezahlt. Ein Ru\u0308cktritt von der Pru\u0308fung ist bis 14 Tage vor der Pru\u0308fung kostenlos mo\u0308glich. Bei einem spa\u0308teren Ru\u0308cktritt sind die Gebu\u0308hren vollumfa\u0308nglich fa\u0308llig. Davon ausgenommen sind entschuldbare Gru\u0308nde wie Krankheit oder Unfall. Dieselbe Regelung gilt fu\u0308r das Nicht-Erscheinen an der Pru\u0308fung.<\/p>\n
